Serino’s entire career so far has been spent at Thurleigh, which he joined after graduating from university. He started there as an analyst in 2006 and became a partner in 2010. During 2009 he undertook a sabbatical at CQS, a London-based multi-strategy hedge fund.

Serino graduated from Edinburgh University in Mechanical Engineering and is a Chartered Financial Analyst .

Sandaire Investment Office was originally founded in London in 1996. In 2014, Sandaire joined forces with Lord North Street Private Investment Office, a multi-family office firm created in 2000.
